Keyboard isn't in the long-press menu
Add it under Settings ▸ General ▸ Keyboard ▸ Keyboards ▸ Add New Keyboard…, then enable Allow Full Access on the TypeVoice row.
Microphone permission was denied
Re-grant under Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Microphone. iOS remembers a prior deny until you toggle it back on.
Dictation hangs
Long-press 🌐, switch to a different keyboard, then back to TypeVoice. Resets the keyboard process when it gets stuck.
Wrong target language for Hold-to-Translate
Set it in the iOS Translation system settings — TypeVoice routes through Apple Translation, which respects your system pair.
Cancel a subscription
On iPhone: Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions ▸ TypeVoice Pro. You keep Pro until the current period ends.
Request a refund
Apple handles refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and pick the TypeVoice charge.
